1. Q: Can I print my LOGO on the product?

A: Yes, your logo could be silk screen printing or Laser logo on the product, extra cost will be charged if the order quantities very small. 

2. Q: How's the quality?

A: We are ensure 100% good quality before ship to clients. Every single pieces have been tested during the production process.

3. What's the warranty of your products?

A: Normally is 12 months warranty from the shipping date, or 0.3% spare products.

4.Can you do customer design packing box?

A: Yes, we often do the customer designbox, like color box, clamshell packing box, PDQ or other types, please send us you packing design and your order quantity, we will quote you the price.

5.What certifications of your products have?

A: General our products have CE ROHS FCC report and certifications,  if other certications  required, can be negociatable when ordering. 

6. Q: Could you provide samples? How can I order the samples ?

A: Yes, contact us or plac a order in our alibaba shop, but kindly note that the sample fee and shipping freight need to pay in advance,  and it could be deducted in your next formal order.
